At VEYL, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must not be damaged or altered
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products purchased during special promotions (if specified)

Refund Process

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by VEYL.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
